Apotelesmatic Management

If it's your local history society, a mid sized business, regional politics or an extended family – new problems will occur on a regular basis in each and every system. The total of actions taken to solve these problems are being called 'management'. So far, so well known.
NEW is the claim that those activities have to be apotelesmatic – is it really possible to organize management in a way, that it will result in success with a likelihood next to certain?

But: to date neither most of the people who are charged with management duties nor their bystanders (e.g. society members, employees, family members, citizens) have sufficient knowledge about success provoking management.
